Simply Sarah
One of my favorite things is being able to post bridal portraits. There are some shoots you just fall in love with all the photos, but you can’t release them until the bride gets married. I don’t think any bride would appreciate her bridal portraits being on the web before her wedding date!
Ryan and I were asked to photograph a very dear friends wedding, which took place this last Saturday, December 1st. Back in October we spent a lovely fall afternoon with her capturing the extremely elegant side of Sarah. She is 5’10” and very “modelesque”. A true natural in front of the camera which makes our job 150% easier to not have to direct in anyway but just throw out ideas and see how she interpreted them.
The location is the newly renovated Kriselea, a beautiful old, southern mansion that is being converted into a bed and breakfast as well as a ballroom for weddings. I was amazed at how many neat gardens, gates, and nooks and cranny’s we came across.
There was just enough fall color left on the trees to provide some great punches of color to the background.
Enjoy my beautiful friend Sarah!
