Meet Our Newest Portnoy, Bennett Wade!

If any of you have noticed a brief hiatus from blogging it is because we were preparing for the birth of our second child. He seems to have a flair for the dramatic as he put me into pre-term labor for three weeks prior to his grand entry….little stinker! Tons of contractions and all the “fun” stuff that comes with being “almost” in labor and yet no baby.
Well, he finally decided that May 3rd should be his official birth day. I had a FANTASTIC labor and delivery with him despite the fact he is a total chart topper weighing in at 9.1lbs and 21.5 inches. We know how to make them and make them big!
Enjoy some moments from the first days of his life. Please be patient with us as we settle back into business mode and get around to returning phone calls and emails!

We are so thrilled for God’s abundant provision in our family. He is so good to us. Thank you for this time to adjust as a family and to settle in and get on our feet again.
