Paul Bunyan’s Girlfriend

posted by Ryan

The fine folks over at the Craddock Terry Hotel have been so nice to us in the past that when they asked us for a favor, we were happy to help out. Little did we know the favor they were going to ask would be so cool. The Craddock Terry needed to finish putting on it’s shoes and they needed someone to document the installation of the second and final high heel. Needless to say, I was pumped! (sad excuse for a pun intended)

Many of you know that the hotel used to be a shoe factory with the same namesake so it is fitting that shoes are incorporated throughout the hotel’s design and architecture. Here’s the history.

Now, enjoy some photos of the hotel getting fitted.

The hotel’s mascot is this cute little guy that, from what I hear, will be available to accompany guests for walks around the area.

We’ve got a bunch of posts lined up for the next few days, so get comfortable. It’s officially wedding season!

What a great shoot! Love the shoe and the hotel theme. How crazy is it to see a gigantic shoe - I had to do a double take of the first photo cause it didn’t look real
