Ellen is a bride who is reeling with ideas. She is an artist and art teacher by trade. You can only imagine how hard it has been for her brain to settle on a theme, color scheme, and brand for her impending October nuptials. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt it will be full of personality and individuality! We are so excited to be chosen to capture their big day!
First things first, engagement session! We have been holding a location in our back pocket since Ryan and his brother Joe stumbled upon it last December when they shot a wedding at Sweet Briar College! They found this awesome field of well maintained barns, a little ranch, and old cars that was LOADED with antique collectibles, I really wanted to take one of the cars and have the All Tune & Lube team fix it a little. The owner was so pleased that someone could use everything as a prop and gave his number to Ryan for us to call anytime. We have been patiently waiting for the right pairing of location and people.
Ellen filled out her engagement questionnare noting that her eye is drawn to color, texture, and rustic backgrounds…SCORE! Looks like we have our match. Enjoy a rustic, love filled session……
This is Ozzie.
Ozzie is good at two things, sitting and laying. Erik’s brother patiently waited with Ozzie keeping him in the air conditioning and giving him lots of water so he could make his debut, be it ever so briefly, for a few shots.
We tried to get some “action” shots of Ozzie but as I said before, Ozzie is good at sitting and laying…
Ellen and Erik made a quick outfit change and then we headed to downtown Lynchburg for the second half of our shoot. I am in love with Ellen’s maxi dress! Great choice.
It was time to make the zebra print pop!
Ahhhhh love…..so sweet! Thanks for a great shoot guys!
