Welcome back. If you missed Part 1 then you missed out on fab shoes, killer dress and a sweet sweet first-look. So basically you better go back and click! So glad you could join us for Part 2, the meat and potatoes of the big day!
I am now going to refer to Heather as my student because she took my little oversized pinwheel tutorial I posted back in December to heart. Not only did she crank out SIXTY of these bad boys, but she even went as far as to hand make and bake the polymer clay button centers. That is dedication! I know how long it takes to make one pinwheel, let alone 60…this was a labor of love!
We will do a little tour of the grounds before the ceremony so you can drink in her lovely decor and stunning florals.
Refer to this shot again in a little bit as things looked a bit different an hour and a half later when a gigantic storm rolled in.
This was about the moment when reality set in. Although it was a picture perfect 1st look and ceremony….the reception was not destined to be outside for long.
Jalapeno lollipops to end the night for our “One Hot Couple”!
Oooohhhhs and Ahhhhs all over the place. This wedding was so beautiful, clean and crisp! The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. Kinda everything you hope you get to photograph on a wedding day and we got to do it. Heather and Paul, you are the bees knees. Thank you thank you thank you for picking us! We loved sharing this day with you, it was so incredibly special! Happy honeymooning…..so jealous you are drinking Mai Tais on an island right now and we are stuck here….but such is life.
Thank you Stephanie Yonce for your tireless help and assistance on that blisteringly hot day. Your “can do” attitude and sweet demeanor were the perfect compliment to us. THANK YOU!
